ADMISSION AND REGISTRATION

  • Admission to AIMX Singapore is free of charge but pre-registration may be required.
  • A valid conference badge is required for entry into the event.
  • Each badge is personal and non-transferable.
  • Visitors must wear their badge visibly at all times within the event premises.
  • Entry may be refused if a valid badge is not presented.
  • The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual at its discretion.

BADGE COLLECTION

  • Visitors maybe required to present a confirmation email or QR code to collect their badge.
  • Badge collection will take place at the official registration counter on site.
  • Lost or damaged badges may not be replaced or may be subject to re-verification at the discretion of the organiser.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • Visitors must be appropriately attired.
  • Attire such as shorts,bermudas, singlets, slippers, and sandals may result in refusal of entry.
  • Minors below 16 years of age will not be admitted, even if accompanied by an adult.

EVENT ACCESS AND CONDUCT

  • Visitors must comply with all venue rules and security requirements.
  • The organiser reserves the right to remove any person whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or unsafe.
  • Visitors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times within the event premises.

INTERNET ACCESS

  • Complimentary WiFi is available within the venue.
  • Visitors may connect to the Marina Bay Sands WiFi network and follow the on-screen instructions to access the internet.
  • Connectivity quality is subject to venue capacity and conditions.
